“Hi,Mariela, What I am going to share with you is that my purchase experience with Dresslily.com. I was attracted by the professional site design of it and the fact that they state all their contact options and details on the homepage, it made me feel safe and reliable so that I can trust in these guys. I have placed an order to buy a Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM from them last Wednesday and it was went through Thursday. I would say their delivery service is kind of fast. 5 days later, the LV bag was arrived.
But the fact is that I was disappointed when I opened up the package which I opened it with pleasure. The handles and trimmings of the bag are not made of real leather as what they described on their website statement details. When I pull on the handles, I realized and felt it is elastic. The red LV wordings on the inner of the bag have partially faded out! OMG! Please have a look at the pictures.
I have tried to write some comments on their message board but my messages never show up. That is unfair! . Obviously, they only show the good comments on the message page.Yesterday and today I have sent emails to them with picture of the LV logo, but I do not receive any reply form them until now. So I concluded they are leave out my reflection.
I hope you can help me post them up on your site so that we can tell people to avoid this not professional website.
And by the way, I want to appreaciate you for creating this wondering site that give me a chance to write my comments and share my shopping experience.
Hi my dear friend , thanks for writing me! It is really regretful about your LV bag. You can tell right away from your photos that it is not made of real leather, and the interior is just atrocious!
