“I wanted to like this store because they carry some great stuffs but unfortunately their customer service and warehouse management is lacking. I placed an order for a pink prada tote bag and days later I received a message that they messed up and don’t have the item in stock. No apology or future discount code was given other than to say they didn’t have it.There was no attempt or interest in gaining a loyal customer of their website.
Totally disappointing experience, not only I didn’t get the item or refund, and also missed other sales from other websites at that time. Wish I could have had a better customer experience on other stores.”
I think a decent company should have decent customer services.This is one of the most important conditions on business.
