“Hi Mariela,I ordered a Chanel bag last month from fakebagsshopping.com.They told me that they will ship my bag within 2 days.After waiting for weeks of no communication I started a Live Chat with their customer service.However,no help because she keeps saying she need to be in touch with their manager who I am not sure even exists.
Anyway I was told it was not sent out yet and she is still waiting to hear from him. Then I was told it was being shipped out the next day but after a week later with no tracking number I reached out them again and asked to cancel the order because it seems that the package would never come. Still no reply. After I filed a PayPal dispute they provided me a tracking number Though I required them to cancel my order. When the bag arrived it was not as described,the chain was supposed to be rainbow colors, and the bag was actually made of very smelly plastic.
After weeks of back and forth with PayPal,they offered me a $20 USD discount for my new order and asked me to cancel the dispute.I declined because it’s not worth the amount I am to keep it for. Now I have to send this bag back to China for a full refund because that’s what pay pal wants me to do. The shipping is expensive and they want me to be liable for the shipping fee.This has been the worst experience I ever had. ”
This is so complicated.I don’t know why they would refused to communicate with their clients when problems happen.I think most of us are reasonable and will be willing to do something with that.This really confused me.
