After two days later, when I showed my order to my friend,she told me that black color of this Valentino bag was more suitable for me. Well,I thought she was right. Then I contacted their customer service representative at once.However,they told me firmly that the bag have been shipped out and I couldn’t change it until I received the bag.Apart from this,if I want to exchange the bag, they said that I need to pay for the shipping fee.
Considering the exchanging process is troublesome and I don’t want to pay more for the shipping fee,now I need to keep this rose red Valentino bag which arrived yesterday.”

I am a little surprised that they will allow you to exchange the bag because I have read their site carefully, their return policy is too simple that they do not mention any problems of exchanging bag. They just say that they don’t accept any return until there is any problem for the quality of the bag. So,please be careful of such website which does not have much details of return policy.
