I very hate the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE of ahandbag.se! I ordered a Balenciaga bag on their website but the bag seems that it had been returned by someone and they resold it to me.
They asked me to return the bag to them and they would send the new bag to me,also,they asked me to pay the return shipping fee first.Ok,then I returned the bag to them.However,when they got the bag they refused to compensate me for the shipping costs.Then I aksed for the refund.But after countless emails to them,they just acknowledged and apologized for “my experience” but still did not refund me!Now they even didn’t answer my email. I was a good costumer living in Canada but I will never buy from them! I recommend all people not to buy form them online as you are guaranteed a bad customer service, waste of energy and loss of money.”
This is so horrible! It is obviously that the bag you received is just like the second-hand bag as their are so many scratches on the bag.It’s unreasonable for them to refuse refunding money to you or reship a new bag to you.If you pay by Paypal,you can propose a dispute’and is you pay by credit card,you can refused payment.
