Honestly,the photos of the bag they showed on their website are great and that is the reason why I would buy from them.But when I received the bag,I was disappointed. The package was so awful that the bag has been a little out of shape.
I tried to contact their customer service representative asking for returning the bag. But they rejected because they didn’t send me the wrong item and they also said that it was not their fault but the delivery man’s.If I insisted on returning the bag,I have to pay for the shipping fee.

After reading your email, I had visit their site and I found that their return policy was a little simple. It seems that you can return the bag or get the refunds only in the case of quality problem. So,I think all of us should read the shipping&return policy clearly before the purchasement and make sure if we are not satisfied with the bag,we can return it successfully.
